Dr. HASLIZA MOKHTAR
She graduated from University of Malaya in 1994. She completed her housemanship posting in GHKL (Hospital Kuala Lumpur) after graduation and served as a medical officer in GHKL and Paediatric Institute until 1997.
She had the opportunity to serve in Hospital Kudat from 1997 to 2002.
She has been working in Klinik Malaysia since 2003 till present.
She has been a certified Occupational Health Doctor (OHD) since 2003 and Medical Review Officer (MRO) since 2005.
Her working experience in the Oil & Gas has been more than 15 years. She is currently serving as the appointed examiner (AME) for Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM) and Petronas Carigali.
She also has been appointed as the Medical Officer for Marine/ Seafarer Medical Fitness Certification by Jabatan Laut Malaysia and Pilgrims Medical Examiner for Pilgrims Health Screening by Ministry of Health.
